We ship in INDIA only.

We ship the order within 2 business days. The maximum time to reach customer depends on the distance from Agra. It should not be more than 10days.

We will keep the customer updated with the shipping and delivery status of the purchase through registered email of the customer.

Atul Pumps Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable and responsible for loss of package if the address provided by the customer is wrong/incomplete and/or non availability of the recipient.

  • 25% advance payment is required to confirm all orders.
  • If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement will be provided.
  • If the order is cancelled due to change of mind, refusal of delivery, personal preference, or similar customer-related reasons, the 25% advance payment will not be refunded.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and delays caused by logistics or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for a refund of the advance payment.
